- Booking form contents and payment details are not sent to analytics.

Terms of use
AirportSGN.com is the official Tan Son Nhat Airport website and ACV VIP Fast Track booking channel.
- AirportSGN.com provides SGN passenger guidance and direct official ACV VIP Fast Track booking.
- Flights, hours, facilities, third-party prices and rules can change; current operational sources take priority.
- No flight, queue time, visa, admission or authority outcome is guaranteed.
Fast Track service terms
Applies to the SGN meet-and-assist service booked through AirportSGN.com.
- A request is confirmed only after availability is checked and full payment is received.
- Short-notice requests are accepted subject to staff availability.
- Per-passenger prices: Arrival $65; VIP Arrival $90; Departure $65; First Class Departure $95. Booking both journeys saves 10%.
- Passengers must provide accurate details and remain responsible for passports, visas/e-visas, customs and airline rules.
- Fast Track cannot bypass mandatory procedures or guarantee a lane, completion time or authority decision.
- Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
- Events outside the provider’s control include flight disruption, airport closure, natural events and authority decisions.
