How the escort helps
Keep the group together
One confirmed route and meeting reference reduces split-up risk in a busy terminal.
Coordinate the pace
The escort can use lifts and allow regrouping, subject to live operations.
Work beside airline assistance
Wheelchairs and boarding support must be arranged with the airline; the escort coordinates around them.
Important limits
- Children must travel under airline rules with a responsible adult.
- The escort cannot provide legal childcare or make decisions for a passenger.
- Wheelchair, medical and boarding assistance are airline services.
- Every passenger must be listed and pays the published price.
Family questions
